Mosman Rowing Club rows from Pearl Bay beside The Spit on Middle Harbour, Sydney. Its two sheds include a gym and support club members as well as three Sydney school rowing programmes.

The organisation traces its roots to Mercantile Rowing Club at Dawes Point in 1873. Mercantile moved to Mosman Bay and became Mosman Rowing Club in 1911, before the rowing operation shifted to Pearl Bay in the 1950s. A new boatshed and gym opened alongside the older facility in 2008.

Current pathways include juniors from schools without rowing programmes, adult learn-to-row, high-performance development, masters and recreational rowing. Membership categories also cover open and tertiary competitors, school-age rowers, non-rowing associates and short-term visitors.

Mosman's eight represented New South Wales and won the King's Cup in 1930. That season also completed a ninth successive Sydney premiership pennant for the club, then the longest run recorded in the competition.

In 2023 to 2024, Mosman returned to the national top ten at both the Australian Rowing Championships and Australian Masters Rowing Championships. Its annual report also records a sweep of the available Under 17 Girls championship events, while current squads target major NSW regattas, Head of the Yarra and national championships.
