Epsom Girls' Grammar School Rowing Club rows from the Auckland Rowing Club on the Tamaki River at Flat Rock, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Rowers wear Auckland Rowing Club colours at club regattas and switch to the Epsom singlet for school regattas.
Rowing at the school began in 1988, when a small group of girls started training on the Tamaki Estuary out of the Auckland Rowing Club, and the club became an incorporated society in 1990. In that first season a girls' under 17 novice four won gold at the Maadi Cup.
The 2024/25 season ran from a winter day camp at the Auckland Rowing Club through regattas at Lake Karapiro and Mercer, the Head of Harbour on Lake Pupuke and the North Island Secondary Schools Championships, ending at the Maadi Cup for selected crews. At the 2025 Maadi Regatta a girls' under 17 coxed eight won silver, and in 2026 crews reached the A finals of the girls' under 18 coxed four and the girls' under 18 coxed eight.
