Howick College Rowing is the summer rowing programme at Howick College in Auckland. Rowing began at the school in 2015, and its crews race on Lake Pupuke on the North Shore and on Lake Karāpiro in Waikato.
The season opens with erg training on rowing machines twice a week after school in the school's mini gym, followed by a coastal rowing camp at Hahei. The squad's regatta calendar includes the Head of the Hātea in Whangārei, the Head of Harbour and the Bennett Shield regatta on Lake Pupuke, the Karāpiro Christmas Regatta, the College Sport Auckland championships, the North Island Secondary Schools Championships and the Maadi Cup.
In the 2025-26 season Howick crews won three national bronze medals at the Maadi Cup, two of them in girls' under 16 double sculls. The school records that season as the highest medal count in its history at that point.
