Rowing Canada Aviron's board approved the club as a probationary member on 3 August 2022. That membership milestone does not establish when the club itself was founded.
The national membership system lists learn-to-row, first-year novice and experienced novice programmes. It also lists competitive masters, recreational masters and social rowing options.
Two Rivers sent 12 rowers to the 2023 World Rowing Masters Regatta in South Africa. A statement in the New Brunswick Legislature records that its women placed fourth and the club finished fifth overall.
The club has also participated in Rowing Canada Aviron's National Come Try Rowing Day, including an event intended to introduce military veterans and first responders to rowing.
