Two registrations, one member record
General-purpose club tools were never designed for a coxswain calling a crew off the dock at Elk Lake before sunrise, or for a novice eight loading trailers for the drive to Martindale Pond. Rowing does not behave like other sports: athletes move as crews, so a name on an attendance list only counts once it is matched to a hull and a seat. One clash over a boat can strand a whole eight on the hard. Naming a crew for the Canadian Henley or an OUA championship is a seat-by-seat decision, not a calendar reminder. Regatta eligibility checks

What we do not claim
Row HQ does not sync automatically with Rowing Canada Aviron or with any provincial association's membership system. No public API is available to club software, so no third-party system can. Row HQ gives you one place to hold both registrations alongside your bookings and crews. The interface is currently English only; French is on the roadmap.
