Let Us Hear From Your Club
Coaches, registrars, club presidents and volunteer board members across Canada send us their questions every week, and a real person answers each one. Before you write, it might save you a step to skim the feature breakdown or read how other clubs describe Row HQ.
How soon will a Canadian club hear back?
Most messages get a reply the same day. The catch worth knowing up front: the people who build and support Row HQ work out of England, so a note you fire off after evening practice in Vancouver or Toronto is usually waiting for you, answered, by the time you check email the next morning. Use this form or write to support@rowhq.app for anything you want on record. For a quick exchange, WhatsApp at +44 7832 861509 reaches our support lead directly. Booking a demo? The demo request page is the quicker route, since it asks about your crews, your season and your provincial body before the call instead of during it. On privacy: we operate under PIPEDA, never resell member information, delete records whenever you ask, and only send follow-up email where CASL consent has been given.

Common Questions
When in the year should a Canadian club make the move?
The two easiest windows are the late-winter erg stretch and the early-spring lead-in to the on-water season. Either one hands your registrar a clear runway to load the member roll before crews are named for the sprint regattas and the long build toward the Royal Canadian Henley. One reference club had the whole platform live inside a week - the same playbook fits a Rowing Ontario or Rowing BC calendar.
Can we have a look around before we commit?
You can do both. Arrange a guided walkthrough for your captain and registrar, or set up your club free today and put one crew through it to see how the workflow holds up before you roll it out club-wide.
Is training part of the package?
It is, at no extra cost - we onboard your registrar, head coach and assistant coaches so the whole team is comfortable from day one. Broader product questions are usually answered on our FAQ page.
What does the platform actually cover?
Everything a club leans on through a CSSRA, OUA or U SPORTS season: training session planning, dock and boathouse scheduling, regatta and championship entries, and tools for coaches to build lineups and track progress. The pricing page lists each band in CAD, with card payment through Stripe.
How safe is our members' information?
Data handling follows PIPEDA, traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3, backups run nightly and are encrypted at rest, and nothing is ever shared with third parties. CASL consent is recorded at sign-up, so every follow-up message is one the recipient agreed to. The security page goes through the detail.
