ErgData, Hydrow, Ergatta, and Kinomap are workout apps tied to an individual and an indoor machine. Row HQ is operations software for the club: roster, fleet, scheduling, lineups, and money. A rower typically carries one of each, especially through the winter erg season.

Is there anything for members to install?

Installation is optional. Android users can get Row HQ from Google Play. Everyone can still visit the club URL in a phone browser and save it to the home screen. Both options open the same records.

Can a small club justify it?

Easily. A club with 20 or fewer active members pays nothing, and the platform is the same one a 400-member university program runs on. Above 20 members the club pays a flat monthly rate in CAD that steps with member count, so smaller clubs pay proportionally less.

What does rollout look like?

Roughly four hours of setup, with the member list imported automatically from whatever you have now. Full adoption usually lands within a week: executive first, coaches next, the whole roster by week two. Many clubs post a parallel notice in the old chat group for a couple of weeks, then archive it.

Is the free plan actually free?

It is. Clubs of up to 20 active members get the full product with no card and no feature ceiling, permanently. Beyond that, pricing is a flat monthly CAD band determined by active member count, and no feature is ever held back on any band.
