Upper Canada College Rowing is the Toronto school's rowing programme, with fall, spring and senior varsity teams listed by UCC. The programme now has a purpose-built waterfront home at The Lindsay Boathouse in Toronto's Outer Harbour.

UCC dates its first rowing team to 1858. The school says its rowing record includes Olympians and Olympic medallists, national championships, CISAA titles, OFSAA gold medals, and successes at the Head of the Charles, Stotesbury and Henley regattas.

UCC and PortsToronto completed The Lindsay Boathouse in 2023. The facility has crew docks, a launch area, two boat-storage bays, a strength-training room, a rowing-history tribute wall and a community gathering area. Its architects also list locker rooms, restrooms and a flexible rowing training room among the programme spaces.

The school describes on-water training and work in its Strength, Agility and Speed Fitness Centre during the fall and winter terms, plus a March Break training camp in Tennessee. Its high-school racing calendar runs across Ontario and into the United States from late April to the Canadian Secondary School Rowing Championships in early June; varsity athletes also race in Ontario in the fall and at events including the Head of the Charles.

UCC planned a co-ed community learn-to-row programme through its Summer Day Camps after the boathouse opened, with financial assistance and no fee for participating campers. The school said rowing athletes would gain summer leadership opportunities as camp counsellors.

Former UCC rower Don Lindsay won three Canadian high-school championship gold medals, later won a university championship with Queen's and the Royal Canadian Henley in a double scull, and made the Canadian national team in 1980. His family's $1 million gift supported the new boathouse, which carries the Lindsay name.
